Our ordering process

Each year 98.65% of our customers return to order their ferns from us. Here’s what to expect when you contact Carrie or Frank, either by email or phone call, to inquire about placing a fern order:

Landed Prices

The prices that we have on our price list are landed prices. This means we do not have any box, packing, document or Phytosanitary Certificate charges or fees.

Information Needed

When you place your order(s) please provide the variety, tray size, quantity, and desired delivery date.

Delivery Date

The delivery date will be anywhere from 8-25 weeks (depending on variety) after your order is placed.

United States Customers: Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando
Canada Customers: Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON

Tray Sizes

European 104 Cell Tray** is equivalent to US 72 Cell Tray
European 150 Cell Tray** is equivalent to US 128 Cell Tray
European 252 Cell Tray** is equivalent to US 200 Cell Tray

Authorization

Once we confirm your requested fern order(s) with our growers in Holland, you will be contacted by Carrie to get your authorization to book your pending order(s) and you will be sent the corresponding Sales Order as confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations of orders must be sent at least 12 weeks before the delivery date on the Sales Order.

Progress Updates

During the time between confirmation and delivery of your order, Carrie will be tracking and getting progress updates to keep you informed as to the status of your fern order.

Final Delivery Confirmation

On Friday before your order is to be delivered Carrie will send out your packing slip and delivery information.

Ensuring Your Satisfaction

After you receive your ferns we will be in contact with you to check on their condition.

Claims Process

Claims will need to be made within 3 days of receipt of your fern order with photos and description of damage. Unfortunately, we do not accept claims for damage incurred during transit from the airport to your facility.
